- This is a special car for your special
day. The protocol is for the bride and her father to ride to the
church in the limousine. After the wedding, the bride and groom leave
in the limousine.
- Be sure to allow enough time in your
planning. Allow for traffic and people not to be ready.
Photographers need 45 minutes to do a good job after the ceremony. It
would be wise to book the car longer than you think you will need, just to
be on the safe side. (Also, remember: These cars drive much slower
than yours.)
- If there is no booking after yours and you want to
run the limousine into overtime, arrange for someone in your party
to cover the expense with cash. You will find that you need
the credit limit on your Visa Card to use during the honeymoon.
- Lots of baggage can be a problem. Baggage
space is limited. We suggest that you have the best man go to
your hotel that morning, put your baggage in the room, get you
checked in and arrange to have a bottle of champagne iced down for
your arrival. He should then return with the key. The
bridal couple will be able to go straight to their room upon
arrival. Also arrange for bellman and airport transfer ahead
of time for the following morning.
- We are sure that your photographer will want to
take several pictures of your departure from the church or reception,
so let him/her know in advance that you will be leaving in a classic
Rolls Royce.
- The car may not be decorated in any way. The
paint is delicate and expensive to repair.
- You should call, re-confirm all aspects of the run
48 hours in advance, including phone numbers and addresses. No
changes 24 hours out before the event.
- Please ask the people in your wedding party to be
careful not to throw birdseed or rice inside the Rolls Royce as you
are leaving.
- We have a list of suggested poses for pictures
using the Rolls Royce. Print
these and give them to your photographer beforehand.
- Smoking is not permitted in the car.
- If the weather is bad on the day of your wedding, a
separate photo session on a later day can be arranged for a modest
price.
